Ms. Fit Personal Training Studio was established with the belief that everyone should be able to afford a fitness personal trainer. Being healthy - staying fit is a life time commitment.  The reality is that you won’t do it on your own.  To get you fit and keep you fit you need a certified personal trainer; you need an expert in the field.

The Ms. Fit program will offer you a gentle plan of accountability.   We hold women accountable by measuring progress in terms of inches lost. Our exercise routines promote replacement of fat tissue with muscle mass so that your fitness will increase far more dramatically than your weight decreases. Clothes will fit better; you will feel better, you will be able to move more gracefully, work with less effort, and look better.
