Small group sessions let you work with other clients motivating each other while doing the activities that will help you to become fit.
Our low-impact exercises will never put you in any danger of injuring your back, legs, arms, or any other part of your body. We will also protect you from any embarrassment because the Ms. Fit women-only environment shields clients from the sort of intimidation experienced at some fitness centers. You don’t buy a membership, sign a long-term contract, or pay monthly dues. Hour long group classes, at $35 a session are affordable and incorporate cardio, resistance training and stretching for a total body work out. The sessions are creative and fun.
