Linda Coogan, co-owner of Ms. Fit, is an
ACE certified Personal Trainer. Linda is also a certified Nursing
Assistant, cosmetologist and skin care consultant. Linda was
formerly a salon manager and has extensive retail sales experience.
She started working out with weights at Bally's Total Fitness
in 1976. Later, she joined a women's gym and learned what it
would take to be Personal Trainer.
"I knew intuitively that this was my calling," she said. "I am passionate
about what I do," Coogan said. "It's so fulfilling to see that passion
come alive in other women. I want them to experience the benefits
of feeling good. The outcome will be looking good as well". She is
totally committed to working with people and providing them with a
path to a healthier lifestyle.

Nicole, "Nikki" Johnson is an ISSA Certified
Fitness Trainer and has been in the fitness industry for five
years. She grew up in Contra Costa County and has lived in Brentwood
for almost eight years. Growing up, Nikki was always physically
active but it wasn't until she had her two children, Alicia
and Alex that she had a renewed interest to not only get in
shape but maintain a healthy lifestyle. Nikki went to work at
a family fitness center in Antioch where she gained one-on-one
experience with "special population" clients, those that have
fibromyalgia, clients coming from physical therapy, cancer survivors
and diabetics. In addition she works with athletes that need
sport specific training.

benefit from the hard work, dedication and determination you
